May is for living at your own pace.
This month, make time for emotional processing before taking action and pause long enough to feel awe, joy, and gratitude for what is nourishing, serendipitous, and heartfelt.
Take a step back from forcing things and see where you can find flow. Be still when you can, rest when you need it. Get excited and talk loudly about your passions if that’s true for you. Whatever it is, do it on your timeline and in your own unique way.
Pinpoint an age, a moment, a time in your life when you started moving at a pace that wasn’t yours. Take your power back from that place. Notice when you are feeling rushed & sink into your own sacred rhythm—your pace is yours for a reason—it’s where you are regulated and clear. It’s where your thriving can be found.
The world is chaotic and hard to keep up with, and you don't have to, darling. Find and create pockets of peace from outside pressures. We need Earth angels to slow down the world and create harmony to balance all the chaos and urgency of the moment.
You are whole and beautiful just as you are, at your own tempo. ∞

Throughout your day notice when you feel rushed or pressured and note where the pressure is coming from (is it internal or external?).
Breathe into any areas of tension in your body including your mind.
Ask yourself, what is my natural pace in this moment? What tempo would make me feel regulated?
Go at that pace and see what happens.
Keep repeating this exploration until you find you start to settle into your own pace naturally.
