Be a channel for gentleness ~ whenever you’re in conflict internally or externally stop and name it, “conflict” feel the energy of conflict briefly and then with a breath let it go and call in harmony. Stay with your breath letting it clear out disharmony and bring in peace. Feel where harmony moves and make it bigger by both surrendering to it and intentionally letting it grow around you.
Discern where to put your energy ~ decide what is empowering to confront and what is empowering to release. Is it a time to have faith and let things be taken care of, or is it a time to have agency and do what needs to be done?
Direct your anger to what matters most ~ let it be sacred, let it be for the greatest good. Let your outrage at the injustice in the world guide you to heart-centered action & engage with community to create a new way. Somewhere between harmony and divine rage lies empowerment.
