January Energy Message
January is for fresh starts. The month we plant the seeds is however not the month we eat the fruit. January is a month to transition and take it slow. A chance to open the door to what comes next and prepare to care for your dreams as the year unfolds.
Zora Neale Hurston said, “there are years that ask questions and years that answer.” 2026 is going to be a year with answers we have to work for and January is your opportunity to lay the groundwork. How do you want to show up for your life moving forward? Courage, creativity, & curiosity might be fruitful ways to meet the moment.
Don’t overthink things and remember less is more. If you let yourself soak up the magic of beginnings and listen for your heart’s desire this month, you’ll be on the right path. What are a few core things you have always wanted to experience? What are three themes you’d like to evolve through this year? Reflect, ideate, dream, and set some supportive and exciting plans.
If you find yourself feeling nostalgic, trust that a nudge to explore your past will help with future forward momentum. Take the opportunity to tie up any loose ends with your past self so you can embody your present potential fully in 2026.
This year, life is going to beckon you so show up and you will be supported as you answer the call. 2026 will bring opportunities to live life to its fullest so be the real you, the you you’ve always wanted to. ∞

You have some clarity about what makes you deeply satisfied and what your unique gifts are. Now it’s only to figure out how to untangle them from anything that is holding them back, whether it is your own fears, your attachment to the ideas of other people, or the need to sit down and make a plan. It’s time to bring your gifts into this realm one way or another. Set them free!
List your dreams and gifts and then for each one journal: What is needed to achieve this dream/bring this gift forward? What can I do this year to support this dream/gift?
If it feels hard right now to tell what it is you want to be doing, that’s ok. This isn’t something we can force. Allow yourself time and space to reflect on what you value and when you are the happiest and trust what comes through. Doing something you love every day can turn into the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Repeat: I have faith that my deep desires and what makes me truly happy are worth giving my time and energy.
