Meditation for Contacting Inner Power
Meditating and presence are ways to leave a legacy across dimensions and timelines.
Set up your meditation space to feel good for you.
Start by contacting earth and cosmic life force energy and ask to be guided and protected. Come into contact with your feet, then your breath, then your heart space, then your crown. Imagine a white light pouring over your body.
Say the following:
I am willing to come into contact with my power
In my dreams
In my thoughts
In my body
In my voice
In my breath
I am willing to keep my power and not give it away.
I am ready to learn from my power who I am and what I am capable of.
I call all of my power to me now.
Take as long as you like in meditation, being present with the sensation of your power in your body. When you are finished thank earth, cosmic energy and your power for guiding you. Take any notes that you feel called to—what were you shown?
